Use of the website

This website is provided for information about Afro Next Business services. Nothing on it constitutes a guarantee of a job, visa, licence, business acquisition or any specific outcome.

Engagements

Paid engagements are governed by a separate engagement letter that specifies scope, fees, timelines and refund policy. That letter, once signed, is the binding agreement between us.

Webinar terms

Webinar tickets are non-refundable within 48 hours of the session. If we cancel a session, we refund in full or transfer you to the next available date.

Third-party services

We rely on UAE government authorities and third-party providers (banks, insurers, schools, exam centres). Their timelines and decisions are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
